At Eroship Official Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the merchandise is unworn and in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
